White cotton petticoat with pleats and needlework; the waist is held together with two hook and eyes; severn groups of pleats and two vertical lace panels from the waist; lace panels extend and separate to include more pleats; from middle of skirt to right above the first horizontal pleat there is ornate handstitched floral needlework all around the skirt; needlework is interspersed with lace inserts throughout
