Photograph of a drawing of the Library Building (which was built behind Sheldon Tavern by Samuel Fisher in the 1920s. The building was eventually moved off of the property.) Black and white photograph on cream linen paper. One story building with palladian window on end. Single door with glass transom, 3 windows to left of door with shutters. Chimney stack on left side of roof. Printed underneath image "Library Building, for Mr. Samuel Fisher, Litchfield, Conn." Stamp on back of photographer "Louis H. Dreyer Photographer/40 East 49th Street, N.Y."

The Library Building was built behind Sheldon Tavern (on North St.) by Samuel Fisher in the 1920s. The building was eventually moved off of the property.
