Oval/round pewter Christmas ornament with raised decoration depicting the Litchfield Town Hall. The central image is surrounded by a band reading "Litchfield, Connecticut 1999" The image is the same on both sides.

Jennifer Tedesco was a student in Litchfield and this was the first year the ornament was designed by a student and not a professional designer
