A - White relief profile on sepia colored shell background. Gold band frame with top loop for chain. Cameo is a profile of John Williams Quincy II. Engraved on frame "John Williams Quincy II of New York born Feb 8 1813 Died Jan 21 1883" B - In original brown leather oval shaped case with two hinged doors and recessed area in center for cameo to rest on. Case lined in white silk. Brass clasp on front.
