Description
Made of 12 curved oak pieces butted together into which the round oak ends are fitted into grooves. Top concave, bottom convex. It is banded with two wrought iron bands 3/4" wide and shimmed with pieces of cloth. One side piece is round block bored with 1" opening which had a plug. The wood ws painted red. Belonged to Alanson Burgess of Washington, CT
