Very stout male in blue felt jacket and pants, leather pointed shoes (felt soles, white), leather belt with steel buckle, white head at collar. White felt hands and face with black glass ball eyes. Blue felt hat with leather brim. Two glass white beads on coat tails, red and white threads at jacket cuffs. Likely meant to resemble a policeman or soldier.
