Description
Woman's summer formal dress of sheer with cotton with white embroidery and white crochet insets. Short sleeves with crochet edging, crochet yoke neck with pompoms, body and full length skirt with white embroidery, crochet panel around hem of skirt. Built-in tulle underskirt. Apparently had black velvet sash and panel around hemline, removed later. Worn by Mrs. Samuel Fisher to "Black and White" Balls c. 1900.
