Description
Silk and cotton patchwork crazy quilt, made in the Log Cabin pattern, 10 1/2 six sided patches down length and 8 across the width. Patches outlined in black silk, bound in black silk and backed with red silk. Saw tooth edge on two sides of quilt.

Mrs. Penney also sent 3 photographs (copies after originals in her possession) of Penney family members, including one of Mrs. Frank Penney (maker), one of Frank Penney (donor's grandfather, maker's husband; and a group shot with, Mrs. Frank Penney, Ruth (donor), Harry Eugene Penney and Henry Moore
