Description
Cardboard box with separate lid. Printed on box lid - "Vignett Authors/(oval with picture of Henry W. Longfellow)/Published by E.G. Selchow & Co. New York/Registered in patent office September 17th, 1874" Inside box are two stacks of cards. Each card has design of roses on one side and image and information of an American or English author on the reverse side. The rules are printed on a separate sheet of paper included in the box. Written on the underside of the box "To John W. Quincy/from his sister/Mary P. Quincy/from her aunt/Mrs. T.D. Quincy/New York/1878"
