Description
G.A.R. rectangular shaped ribbon, V-cut at bottom to create to triangular points. Originally grey or silver color - now faded. Written in blue lettering "R/Reception/Committee" Back has long metal pin. Top of pin sewn into ribbon - several holes where pin shows through material.
