Naval cap - white cotton base; flat top wider than b ase; around base is a black silk ribbon; in the front of the hat half above and half on the black ribbon is an emblem of an eale with a crest and anchors; there is a black visor in front with gold leaves embroidered on it and a gold band attached to hat with two buttons with eagle emblems; interior has a brown leather band with air holes; label "ALL-BILT Uniforms Inc. 147 Fulton St. NYC" on top of hat interior and on leather band
