Clear plastic bag, sealed on all four sides. Inside contains round, metal American Red Cross pin. Gold metal on back, white on front. Red Cross outlined in gold at top of pin, "American Red Cross" in gold lettering underneath cross. Gold tornado in middle of pin with words "CT" "RI" and "1988" written around tornado. "Disaster Drill" written in gold lettering along bottom of pin. Stick pin with clasp on back.
