G.A.R. medal with box. Pin bar formed with part of the Liberty Bell with an American eagle. Crossed cannons and a shield on top. Shield inscribed with "1899." Across bar inscription: "OFFICIAL SOUVENIR / NATIONAL 33rd ENCAMPMENT." Below is the Liberty Bell as background with SEP. 4-9 at top. Model of Independence Hall and "PHILADELPHIA" inscribed across bottom. Gold star with G.A.R. seal in center.
