Description
Gold ring with a shield shaped emblem on the front. "1923" is carved in the low relief technique across the top of the shield. Just below "LITCHFIELD" is carved in low relief vertically down the center of the shield with the letters "H" and "S" on either side. The initials "M.E.D." are carved in sunken relief on the interior of the ring.
Comment
Mabel Ensign Dudley, who later married into the Gillett family, owned this 1923 Litchfield High School class ring.
