Description
Round board box covered in block printed wallpaper. Design has a blue background with scenes of children at play and other figures in outdoor settings, with trees, fences, and animals visible. The lid features a large building strongly resembling New York City Hall; building has a central section with two l-shaped wings one either side and four lawn sections in front. Bottom of box is lined with newspaper.
