Yellow satin ribbon with rosette of yellow satin at top, circular button in center. Button stamped at center with image of a horse's head in gold. Two satin tails extending below rosette, both stamped with gold lettering, "BETHLEHEM HORSE SHOW" (left) and "BETHLEHEM, CONN./AUGUST 17, 1958" (right). Metal hook on reverse of rosette with blue and white paper label for Pegasus Sales Co., New York, NY.
