Description
Table cover - center of whtie linen. In purple thread in center is irregular shaped star with "Litchfield" "Conn" "Aug 14th" at odd angles in center. Around star are 46 names done in purple ink. Each name is written in different style - fabric signed in ink then named stitched over. Dated 10/26/1901. Ruffle and back of same silk material with embroidered floral design, drawn work edge around end of ruffle.
