Description
Wooden writing desk or box. Laquered black on all sides and interior. Decorative gilt painting in corners and on sides of box in scrolled designs. Bouquet of flowers done on top in papier mache with inlaid mother of pearl. Lid divided in center and hinged on both sides to fold up. Compartments on interior for writing instruments. Two glass bottles with decoratively painted lids. Caste brass handle with scrolled design in center of box. On one side of box a drawer pulls out.
