White linen child's long pants; center front fall down flap with button closure; straight leg; back has yoke with buttons at center and holes for lacing; waistband with buttons at center opening and buttons on either side of opening; pockets in side seams; right watch pocket with buttons and hand written illegible name

Note attached to pants: "jean trousers of Gen. Henry Walton Wessells at about 9 years old in 1820 Machine stitching throughout, making the 1810 date confusing
