On one side of each is an image of the White House above an American Eagle; inscription around image reads "VICTORY LIBERTY LOAN" On reverse side of each reads "AWARDED/BLANK/BY/THE US TREASURY/DEPARTMENT/FOR PATRIOTIC SERVICE/IN BEHALF OF THE/LIBERTY LOAN" Around edge reads "MADE FROM CAPTURED GERMAN CANNON"
