Green tree in center, white banner over tree reads "Unitas Sub Lege" Around circle in center reads "East Litchfield", "Litchfield", "Bantam", and "Northfield" (reading clockwise). Around outside of circle in four separate areas (or pieces) that extend from patch reads "Litchfield", "Marshall", "Connecticut" and "Fire" (reading clockwise) Entire patch down in silk thread, waxy coating on back of patch
