Description
Mold for pineapple cheese from Goshen area. Forms 1/3 of the mold. Shaped like a pineapple with long simple shaft flaring with diamond indentations inside, then "JACKSON" and above it an eagle. Mold comes to a point with a 1/3 cylinder top. Semi-circle knobs on side for holding molds together.
