Description
Five pieces of tin train track for 1-gauge tin train and clockwork engine. Two parallel rails, 1.75" apart, with three ties each. The ties are all wedge-shaped, making the left slightly higher than the right. A - Track segment with "I-F-I" on ties in raised lettering. B - Track segment with "I-I-I" on ties in raised lettering. C - Track segment with "I-D-I" on ties in raised lettering. D - Track segment with "I-D-I" on ties in raised lettering. E - Short track segment with buffer stop and "I-I-I" on ties in raised lettering.
Provenance
Used and displayed in Sheldon Tavern. Donor believes they were played with in the attic, and belonged to Robert Lewis Fisher (1898-1977).
