Description
Rounded neck with drawstring white work embroidery trim. Row of gauze puffs outline neck, with V of hand embroidery hand above and below in front. Puffs small at point of V and large over shoulder. Puff sleeves, cap shape, with three bands of embroidery and four rows of puffs. Plain waistband with three rows of puffs at base of flared skirt with rows of embroidery between. Deep hem. Open back with hooks and eyes.
