Green silk ribbon. Rosette at top, green with silver medal in center. Horse's head in relief in center of medal. Wire hook on back with makers label glued to back of rosette. Two ribbons extend from bottom of rosette. Printed in gold letters on one "126th Anniversary/of the First Recorded/Litchfield Horse Show" printed in gold on other ribbon "1965"
