Description
Maple and ash turned side chair, ladder back, front legs ending in bun feet with scribe marks at stretcher junctures, 3 plain round front and side stretchers, two plain round back stretchers, rush seat, stiles with one ring turn between first and secong rung/rail, termintaing in finial, scribe marks at the three rail junctures, three crested back rails.

From the Beckwith House in Litchfield. Oral tradition says it was made for grandfather of Sutherland Beckwith (Mrs. Parson's father)
