Gold Masonic medal. Gold oblong bar across top, stamped with "GENERAL GRAND CHAPTER / SAVANNAH 1909." Red ribbon hanging below bar with triangle-shaped pendant hanging from ribbon. Rising sun with light rays stamped in center of triangle with red enamel border. "GRAND CHAPTER OF NEW YORK" in gold in red border. Image of eagle and two figures with colored enamel maritime scene in cast gold extending from triangle. "EXCELSIOR" stamped below enamel scene. Reverse side of pendant stamped with "DIEGES 7 OLCREST / N.Y."
