Description
Soft black taffeta gown with narrow ribbon stripes of green and red stripes running around dress; gathered green ribbon around neck and down left side of front to waist; which is closed with 14 small hooks and eyes, one large at waist; top lined with light brown cotton with six stays; sleeves tight at top with two buttons sewn on each of the three pleats; very wide at bottom; trimmed near bottom with band of black velvet; lined with black silk; full skirt open to floor; lined with dark brown cotton.
