Black cape with open front with 3 hook fasteners; trimmed with black braiding; 3" band of black moire down either side of front, attached underneath is black lace and black fringe; an opening for arms on either side of front with black braid trim; beginning at this opening is a 3" band of moire trimmed on top with black braiding running around edge of cape; 3" below, another band of moire trimmed on top with black braiding; sewn under moire is a band of lace and fringe, unlined
