Description
Silk Masonic robe with collar and gold buttons down front. Closure at neck. Robe constructed in four tiers of colored silk. Red collar. Below collar first tier made of blue silk with bell sleeves. Thin tier of purple silk below blue followed by a tier of red silk matching collar. Bottom tier made of cream-colored silk with purple vine decoration sewn on. Cream-colored silk under sleeves sewn into bell sleeve. Entire robe trimmed in tin gold looped braiding. Wire tasseling trims collar, sleeves and bottom of blue, purple and red tiers. Large tassels and gold bells hang from bottom of blue tier. Interior lined in cream-colored silk. Label reads: "HIGH PRIEST / The Lilley Co., Columbus, Ohio / Military & Society Goods." sewn o robe.int
