Ribbon worn across doll's dress - white silk grosgrain brocaded with "ile de France" in yellow, French flag pennant left and red and white pennant right
Comment
Doll and clothing was owned by donor's sister. They were given to the sister in the 1930s by the previous owner Maude McElroy of Ardsley-on-Hudson, NY. The donor speculates that the doll and trunk were possibly originally owned by Maude's mother
