Black oblong wood frame with leather interior with twelve holes cut into leather. Pewter medal in each hole. Glass on both sides of frame showing both sides of medal. Each medal represents a different community in CT. Top row - Ansonia, Bristol, Canaan, Derby, East Haven, Fairfield. Bottom row - Saybrook, Southington, Torrington, West Haven, Winsted, Westport. Printed on glass on bottom "1635 Connecticut Tercentenary 1935"
