White collar with narrow strips of lace inserts and a white ruffle; squared top with lace insets from neck to corners and down center of panels; 8 inserts total, each approximately 3/4" wide; small circular neck; 5" ruffle with lace just above hem all the way around shoulders at points of square; lace is meandering leaf pattern
