Description
Rectangular board box covered in orange embossed paper, meant to resemble tooled leather. Embossing done in intersecting angled lines to resemble plaid pattern. In the center of the lid is a partially-complete pasted color decal of flowers and a green and yellow bird. Small decorative brass catch on front of lid. Top of box lined with French newspaper, bottom lined with white embossed paper.
Provenance
Originally contained tools for leather making; removed in 2007 and stored separately.
