Description
Urn shaped cream pitcher with lip and deep cut sides with straight edges. The graceful looped handle is attached at top of rim and riveted to base. The urn is attached to a hollow, round standard with a square base. The top edge, sides and base are engraved decoratively. On front are initials "EES from E.M. CS to MF P.C" On side initials "MPQ"

Given by Edward Elbridge Salisbury to his wife Evelyn McCurdy Salisbury. At his death it was given to Mary Deming (Perkins) Mrs. James H. Hoppin, who gave it to her niece Mary Perkins Quincy
