Blue uniform jacket with four black buttons; two inset front pockets with flaps set on diagonal; sharp fairly wide lapels; "A.R.C." pin on right side of collar; identical pin missing from left side; epaulettes with green grosgrain ribbons that have faded, black Red Cross buttons; inside breast pocket on right side; round American Red Cross patch on left arm - red embroidery on white ground; label "Howard Uniforms Baltimore"
