Glass milk bottle with round lip top, circular bottom, and tapered sides.One quart. Embossed lettering on front, "ONE QUART/LIQUID/REGISTERED." Embossed lettering set in triangle, "FAR-VIEW-FARM/NORTHFIELD, CONN." with "W.H.C." in center. Circular mark on bottom with embossed text "L49."

Far View Farm was located on the site of the Rev. Joseph Eleazer Camp homestead, and was operated by a succession of Northfield farmers. The last known owners were Blanche W. Caton & Sons, from 1957-1961, who had a herd of mostly-Guernseys.
