Description
Drawing of the Thomas McBride antique shop. The black and white composition is executed in pencil, ink, watercolor, and acrylic paint. Scene shows a two story building with a top and bottom front porch. A partially visible "Antiques" sign hangs on the front of the bottom porch. Another building sits beyond the shop. Many bushes surround the shop and incorporate watercolor and acrylic paint over top of the pencil and ink sketch.

Thomas McBride owned and operated an antique store in Litchfield from the mid 20th century until his retirement in 2010. His shop was located in at least two locations during that time: a barn behind his home on West Street, and in the Charles Webb building on South Street.
