Charcoal sketch with white colored pencil highlights, smudged and blended on drawing paper. The floor plan is very dark and does not utilize any vibrant colors, only white to highlight some specific design decisions. The note “Wash. Cath. 12” is in bottom right corner. Below the note it is stamped with AUSTIN PURVES LITCHFIELD CONNECTICUT.
