Description
Bed or window curtain (hanging) of English copperplate-printed cloth edged with fringe. The peacock and rococo scroll pattern was probably printed about 1765 to 1775.
Provenance
This curtain was used in Dr. Sheldon's House on North Street in Litchfield.
