Pair of white canvas puttees. Metal grommets and buttons on each side. Clothes laces woven in and out of grommets and buttons to lace puttees closed. White canvas strap on bottom of puttees. Secured and adjusted with a metal buckle. Stamped on inside "Inspected/Ord. Dep't/8 N.Y./1889"
