Description
Large fan. Body made of thin copper/brown colored silk with rust colored lace design. Bottom half of sticks made of tortoise shell. Top of sticks - the part supporting fabric - made of thin strips of wood with pierced design. Dark red colored silk tassel attached to bottom of fan where sticks pinned together. Woman in blue Grecian dress painted in center of fan. Putti on one side with branches and flowers painted around lace.
