Cotton quilt made following Grandmother's Fan design on point. Each fan point made from same yellow fabric. Background and border of white muslin. Simple hand quilted stitch in diagonal lines - only in one direction - approximately 3 or 4 stitches to the inch. Each fan has 9 strips of fabric of different colors and patterns.
