Half length cape; black velvet; wide scalloped collar with black embroidery at edge; 6 hook fasteners stretching halfway down front; embroidered on front underneath collar stretch 1/3 way down back; more embroidery on back covering approximately 12" up from hem; no sleeves; black satin lining; 1 4" vertical pocket on right side hidden by band of pleated satin; one opposite on left side; under it and to the right of it is a diagonal pocket of same description
