Description
Rectangular banner made from red and tan nylon. Central tan panel decorated with seven sewn-on blue star-shaped patches and one gold and blue star-shaped patch. Tan panel bordered by four red rectangular nylon panels to form one larger rectangle. A casing sewn across top for hanging. Yellow fringe sewn across bottom.
