Square handkerchief, white. One side has red border with words printed in white "Demand Peace! Stop the War", "It is no disgrace to quit fighting this unjust war", "Withdraw all foreign troops from Korea. Leave Korea to the Koreans", "From the Chinese People's Volunteers, Korea 1951" Various images on handkerchief - one corner "Merry Christmas" printed in red, yellow and blue lettering. White dove with word "Peace" in another corner. 3 men wearing green military clothing with words "Let all the People be Friends" underneath. In anther corner group of people, various ages, with words "Those who Love you Want You Back Home - safe and sound" In center are images of four different people - Military man with gun held over his head "It is no Disgrace to Quit an Unjust War", a woman "Why not go back to her", a man with a dollar sign across his chest "Why Fight for him", and a man in a hat "How would it be to get back into Civvies"

Propaganda handkerchief distributed by the Chinese People's Volunteers during the Korean War, December 1951. The Chinese People's Volunteers were an armed expeditionary force deployed by the People's Republic of China against the forces of the United Nations Command. The handkerchief was to undermine the efforts of the United Nations by calling on soldiers to leave Korea.
