Blue Red Cross dress jacket with four black buttons; two inset front pockets with flaps set on diagonal; sharp, fairly wide lapels; "A.R.C." pin on one side of collar; epaulettes with green grosgrain ribbons and black red cross buttons; inside breast pocket on right side; round American red cross patch on left arm - red embroidery on white ground; lapel "Howard Uniforms Baltimore"
