Description
Wooden cooper's plane, made of hard maple. The plane consists of two semi-circular pieces of wood, one much larger than the other. The small semi-circle is mounted along the bottom edge of the larger semi-circular piece. An angled rectangular shaped hole is cut into the bottom of the small semi-circle. An angled blade with a wooden wedge protrude from the hole. There is also a small slit at the top of the smaller semi-circular piece where the sharp end of the blade protrudes slightly. There is a shaped wooden handle attached perpendicularly to the plane. Stamped on one side "J. Bradford/Portland"
