Paul Harris Fellow award from the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, awarded to Margery Boyd. A - Circular bronze medal with blue and yellow medal ribbon. Medal obverse features raised likeness of Paul Harris with raised lettering "PAUL HARRIS FELLOW." Reverse features logo of Rotary International with raised lettering "THE ROTARY FOUNDATION OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL." 2.125" diameter medal with 1.5" ribbon. B - Circular blue enamel and bronze lapel pin, featuring likeness of Paul Harris and raised text "PAUL HARRIS FELLOW." 0.5" diameter. C - Blue velvet, rectangular keepsake box. Silk lining on bottom with blue velvet-covered plastic insert with impressions for medal and lapel pin. Box constructed from tin, with hinged lid. 3.25" wide x 6" long x 1.125" deep.
