Description
Wooden cradle with leather covering held in place with brass tacking. Two bottom rockers with curved bottoms and curved side tops. Verticle nailed in. Rockers nailed in. Bottom of cradle a single board. Bottom end of bottom half original with some leather and double line of brass headed nails. Sides consist of two boards, lower 3" high. Covered with leather and nailed on top edge with sides decorated in loops of brass headed nails holding leather covering in place. Vertical hood edge front, slanted out back. Back consists of a single board with leather covering and double row of brass headed nails on edge. Keystone shaped. Hood top with two new side pieces with center piece original. Double row of brass headed nails on edge and "173" in brass nails. Top arched with 2" frotn drop partially repaired and center original having leather cover and double row of brass headed nails.
